Kris Rohrer - Distinguished Leadership Award. This award is awarded to someone in a leadership or management position at MCMC. This person is dedicated, promotes positivity, and constantly looks for ways to make improvements both for themselves, their department, and the facility as a whole.
Amber Humphrey - Brian Peterson Commitment to Teamwork Award. This award is in the honor of Brian Peterson, a dedicated, compassionate and extraordinary teammate, coworker, and friend. This award is given to an employee who is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure their coworkers have assistance when needed. This person is reliable and committed to their coworkers, patients, and MCMC.
Paige Freeman - Clinician of the Year. The Clinician of the year award is given to a provider at our facility that exemplifies extraordinary clinical practice, leadership, and delivers high quality care. This provider is constantly striving to be the best for their patients, coworkers, and our facility.
Terri Hurd - Patient Care Employee Excellence Award. This award recognizes someone involved in direct patient care outside of nursing who has outstanding performance and regularly exceeds job expectations. This person promotes positivity and compassion with both their patients and fellow coworkers.
Donna Thomson - Nurse of the Year. This award is awarded to a nurse, either in the clinic or hospital settings, that strives to support their patients. This nurse cares about their patients and the care they are getting as well as being compassionate and respectful.
Linda Nelson - Support Services Excellence Award. This award is presented to someone who is not directly involved in patient care that goes above and beyond their job duties. This person has outstanding performance, great problem solving skills, and is loyal to MCMC, patients, and their coworkers.
