By John Stenen I wish I could have a personal conversation with anyone reading this article, who does not know what lies beyond your physical death. I would love to talk about what it is to become a Christian. I would discuss the reality of heaven and hell. Know this; no matter how good or how bad that you believe you are - God Loves You! But your goodness can never save you, nor can your sinful nature prevent you from experiencing God’s love for you- and His gift of eternal life. Scripture tells us that all of us are guilty of sin; we are separated from God; we are sons of Adam, -not sons of God. The only way we can become a child of God is to repent of our sinful lives and surrender to Christ. (John 3:16). Listen to Revelation 21:8 “But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” If you are without Christ, now, in this life, you are spiritually dead and separated from God. After death, you will be judged one day, (Rev. 20:11-15). Being sent to the Lake of Fire is the second death. However, you can come to Christ right now and spend eternity with God.
