Vicki Lynn Stoffel passed away on April 26. She battled with respiratory issues and complications from pneumonia. Vicki grew up in Lismore and attended St. Anthony school and graduated from Adrian Public School. She then attended Worthington Community College and graduated from Southwest State University.
She lived on Lake Shetek for 47 years before moving to her family farm at Lake Wilson.
Vicki enjoyed watching sports. She was an avid Vikings and Twins fan. She liked playing cards especially pinochle, computer games and writing. She was the author of the Serial Killer Eyes books.
She had a special love for animals especially horses and her dogs-Tessa and Shadow.
Vicki loved to travel and spent the last 20 winters in Arizona.
She loved her family and friends and would do anything for them.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Blanche Stoffel, grandparents and beloved pets especially her dogs, Shasta and Midnight and her horses.
Vicki is survived by her sister Verla Gayle Stoffel and many cousins and friends.
Vicki will be dearly missed and never forgotten.
