By Joanne Bergman The regular meeting of the Murray County Board of Commissioners was held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. This was their final meeting of the year 2023. A Pubic Hearing on the 2024 fee schedule was held at 8:45 with no one present for discussion. There were changes made to increase Sunrise Terrace rents with notification having already been made to the tenants of those changes.

Acts of Christmas Kindness at MCC Elementary By Nikki Cheskie – MCC Elementary Mental Health Coordinator As we celebrate this festive time of year, we are reminded of our great blessings and are inspired to give back to others. Our MCC Elementary students have been doing just that with acts of Christmas Kindness in our community.

The University of Sioux Falls congratulates more than 600 students who made the Fall 2023 Dean’s List. To qualify, students must be enrolled in at least 12 semester hours and earn a term GPA of 3.5 or greater on a 4.0 scale.
