MCC Foodball Family Night

MCC Football held their family night event on Friday August 23rd. It was a great night for the kids to interact with the community and each other. Parents even got in on the games with a little mother/son and father/son competition.

MURRAY COUNTY 4-H’ERS LEAVE THEIR MARK AT THE 2024 MINNESOTA STATE FAIR 4-H LIVESTOCK SHOWS

We had thirty-four Murray County 4-H’ers exhibit livestock in the beef, swine, sheep, goat, rabbit, and poultry shows at the 2024 Minnesota State Fair 4-H Livestock Encampment. Two thousand eight hundred and twenty-three 4-H youth members throughout the state of Minnesota exhibited livestock at the 2024 Minnesota State Fair this past weekend.

CELEBRATE FALL AT THE 32ND ANNUAL SLAYTON WOMEN OF TODAY’S AUTUMN BOUTIQUE

The Murray County Fairgrounds will be awash in vibrant fall hues and the lingering warmth of summer as it hosts the highly anticipated 32nd Annual Slayton Women of Today’s Autumn Boutique. This beloved event will transform the small town of Slayton into a bustling shopping destination on Friday, September 6th from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, September 7th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

WORK BEGINS ON CANNABIS ORDINANCE

They accepted the 2024-2025 ATV Grant in the amount of $8328 and the 2024-2025 Snowmobile Grant both presented by Sheriff Heath Landsman. The amount of grant money was set by the State of Minnesota.
