The University of Minnesota Extension and Southwest Research & Outreach Center will host the 2026 Winter Crops Day and Research Update on Thursday, January 15, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at SWROC in Lamberton.
The event will feature University of Minnesota researchers and Extension specialists presenting the latest crop production research and management updates. Topics include yield stability, biological products, cover crop best management practices, sulfur management, emerging corn and soybean diseases, weed management, agronomic inputs for corn, and farm business decision-making.
Lunch is included for all attendees. Registration for agricultural professionals is $60 through December 31 and $70 at the door. Crop producers can attend with free tuition thanks to support from Minnesota Corn Growers Association and the Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council (use promo code ‘Standard’).
