Employers, HR professionals, educators, community leaders, and economic development professionals are invited to attend the Southwest Minnesota Regional Workforce Summit on April 29 at the Heritage Event Center in rural Taunton. This all-day event is designed to provide valuable tools and resources to help organizations attract and retain employees in today’s competitive workforce environment.
The summit will feature nationally recognized workforce expert Gerry Hoeffner, who will share best practices on how employers across the country are successfully building a stable workforce. Hoeffner will also lead a session on how businesses can embrace change to enhance their recruitment and retention strategies.
