Murray County Wheel/Herald Publisher/Owner Katie Beers Uhl is pleased to name Justine Wettschreck as the paper’s new editor.
Wettschreck has over 20 years of news and journalism experience, including both print and radio media. She said she is happy to be part of a community paper with such longevity.
“The Wheel is a local news source people know and trust,” she stated. “I’m looking forward to being part of their process.”
Uhl says she’s excited for this next phase for the Wheel and is looking forward for what’s to come. Nothing like a fresh new perspective!
Wettschreck lives in Avoca with her husband Eric and their dog Hugo. The couple moved to Murray County with their three children in 1995.
