By Arnold Krusemark Another week. This is a between week. The weather has some rain (and possibly a few snow flurries) so the garden is about ready to get planted.
We hope you have the seeds and plants you will need. Some local stores are out of at least the best seeds.
You might still need a light jacket outside. Too soon we will be complaining about how hot it is. Plan for at least one day each week for rain. Sometimes it has come and sometimes it missed us again.
Round up whatever the stores now have for end of season sales too. Sometimes there’s what you want in their sales.
Then get started on garden and yard work. You may have already done some in the evenings and then use a Saturday or two. That will get this year’s garden off for you.
Water your house plants too.
