We finally had a good snowstorm. The school kids got a day off from school for it. We could still have more snowstorms yet. Officially Winter will be over Friday, March 20th. We could have a snowstorm that day too. We may have had one in past years. We don’t consider winter over until mid-April. Time will tell again this year. Then when Spring arrives weather wise we hope you will be ready again this year.
You should have stocked up on what you want to plant this year. And maybe a spare package or two. We’ve mentioned one local merchant has seeds for 10c a pack.
Transplants either from your own indoor garden or local merchants can come later. We hope there will not be any late frosts.
That will be the big start on this year’s yard and garden work. Don’t forget your house plants too.
