A.C.E. of Southwest Minnesota is excited to announce the launch of a Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshop that is designed to empower individuals living with chronic conditions. Starting on Tuesday, November 12th, the classes will take place every Tuesday afternoon at Sunrise Terrace in Slayton, providing valuable tools and support for participants to improve their quality of life.
Chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and arthritis, affect millions of people worldwide, often leading to decreased physical and mental well-being. **Key Features of the Class Include: -Evidence-Based Techniques: Participants will learn proven strategies to manage symptoms, reduce stress, and make informed health decisions.
-Expert Guidance: Classes will be led by trained facilitators who have personal experience with chronic conditions, ensuring a relatable and empathetic environment.
-Interactive Learning: Engaging activities, group discussions, and practical exercises will encourage participants to share experiences and build a supportive network.
**Who Should Attend? This workshop is open to anyone living with a chronic condition, as well as caregivers and family members seeking to better understand and support their loved ones.
