By Norma Dittman Located in a highly visible and accessible setting, Elite Auctions, LLC’s new building is complete and open for business, according to owners Tyson and Jordyn Meyeraan, Fulda.

The auction company’s new address is 2359 State Hwy 62, Fulda MN.

Formerly operating from their location at 507 S. HWY 59, Fulda, the Meyeraans began the process of building a larger auction lot due to demand and lack of space. “The dirt work started in June of 2025 and involved bringing in 5,000 yards of gravel and 2,000 tons of crushed concrete to lay the foundation,” Tyson stated. “This is something that it became very apparent that we needed because the business has grown so much. I certainly didn’t want to wait until I was 50 to construct a new building!”

The office of the new building is 40 feet by 50 feet, and the adjacent building is 70 feet by 140 feet. “Once all of the dirt work and foundation were done, the actual construction began in August. When the shell was complete, then dad and I built the interior,” Tyson commented. “This building gives us storage space, along with the ability to do online live sales. Very soon there will be space for everyone to sit inside and bid and we won’t have to worry about the elements. We are shooting for August for that to start.”

Besides offering online consignment sales and live auctions, Elite Auctions is also mobile wherein they are holding offsite auctions.

Elite Auctions, LCC has three locations: Fulda and Willmar, Minnesota, and Canistota, SD. Their app can be downloaded through their website www. eliteauctionsllc.com. It is available for both Apple and Android smartphones. Downloading the app allows for staying informed about upcoming auctions, being able to view items that are of interest to you, and receiving notifications when you have been outbid, or won a bid. With the app, you are also able to bid no matter where you are located. “The great thing is, once a person is signed up for the app, the system can do it all for them,” Tyson said.

Elite Auctions, LLC also has a Facebook page that is accessible by typing in their name.

“My vision for Elite Auctions, LLC was always this, but, never in a million years did I think it would become what it is. I couldn’t be doing this without family to help make it work. When I started this, I wanted it to be for everyone. There is something on the sales for absolutely anybody. People bring in the coolest stuff. It’s absolutely amazing to see the items that come through here.”

“People often ask me what something is worth,” Tyson very thoughtfully said. “I tell them, the true price of something is what people are willing to pay that day.”

Elite Auctions, LLC runs more than twenty sales every year. Mondays and Tuesdays are load-out days and on Wednesdays items begin coming in for the next sale.

An Open House at the new building is scheduled for Saturday, April 25th, 4 to 7 p.m. with free burgers and beer. “Everyone is welcome to come to our Open House, tour the new building and office and ask any questions they may have,” Tyson stated.
