After 33 years of dedicated service, Robert Gaalswyk, a trusted figure in the local insurance community, is retiring from his role as an insurance agent. As Bob transitions into retirement, Alex Knutson will be taking over the American Family Insurance agency in Slayton. Alex grew up in Slayton but then moved to Westbrook MN. He graduated from SMSU with bachelor’s degree in business. He has been in the insurance industry since he graduated college and is committed to providing personalized and professional service. Clients can expect a seamless continuation of the high-quality care they’ve come to expect from American Family Insurance.
