Notice is hereby given that ONLY online bids will be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.procore.com until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2026. All bids shall be opened in the presence of the inBYLT, LLC or the designated representative of Fulda School District for the furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for the following work at Fulda High School: 1) High School renovation and addition – The additions and remodels for Fulda High school include new storm shelter/gym addition, classroom additions, new sprinkler system, flooring and wall finishes, kitchen and restroom renovations, parking lot renovation, new HVAC systems, and new administration offices and entrances.
A non-mandatory pre-bid walk through has been scheduled for April 7th and 9th, at 10:00 am at Fulda High School main office at 410 N College Ave, Fulda MN 56131.
Proposal Forms, Plans, and Specifications for use by contractors in submitting a bid will be available on April 1, 2026 for view and downloaded at www.questcdn.com. You may download the digital plan documents for $22.00 by inputting QuestCDN Project #10116283 on the website’s Project Search page. Please contact QuestCDN. com at 952−233− 1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in free membership registration, downloading, and working with this digital project information. Registering as a plan holder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors because plan holders will receive addendums and other contract document updates via QuestCDN.
Bidders must use the bid form supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidder’s bond payable to Fulda Schools-District 505 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond.
Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of the bid opening without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before September 1, 2027.
