MCC would take a two game win streak in the battle against the Arrows. A competitive, physical battle it was as both teams played streaky on offense and tough on defense the entire night.

The boys basketball team was back in action Friday night against Mountain Lake Area Comfrey in their first home game of the season and first Red Rock Conference game of the year. MCC won the tip to start the game and also scored the first two points of the game on a Dylan Kluis bucket.

The Fulda/Murray County Central Warriors in their second week of competition took part in a triangular against the Red Rock Central Falcons and the Pipestone Arrows as well as the Pizza Ranch invitational in Jackson and fared very well.

EDGERTON 63 MCC 58 The MCC Rebel Girl’s played their second game of the week on Tuesday when they traveled to Edgerton to take on the Flying Dutchmen. The Rebels, on Monday, beat the TMB Panthers and led almost the entire game.

MCC 56 TMB 41 The MCC Rebel Girls traveled to Tracy on Monday night to take on the Tracy Milroy Balaton Panthers in a nonconference matchup. Though it wasn’t a conference game it was a section game and could play a factor in seeding down the road.

WWG 45 MCC 29 The Rebel Girls Basketball team was back in action this past Thursday night as they played host to the WWG Chargers. The Rebels had a chance to see the Chargers earlier this year at the Wabasso tipoff classic.
